CBD tincture, again

So I was able to get a 500 mg bottle for half off because it's been sitting for a year. CBD doesn't become toxic, it just degrades over time and becomes less potent. I don't know how much it has degraded from 500 mg, but it works. I think making it tap off after sitting for a year is fair.

I'm taking the tincture the way it was intended, by putting it under my tongue and holding it for a few minutes before ingesting. I've been doing this for 2 days now, and so far so good. It's much more effective than the way I was doing it by just ingesting it right away.

Something about the mucous membranes under your tongue absorbing it. It has the expected CBD taste, but it's not that bad. And the flavor I got is mint, so hopefully that's helping my breath out. It doesn't stink in my mask, so that's a good sign - as far as I'm concerned. The tincture's taste easy to wash out of my mouth with a beverage.

So far, I can say that I'm a fan of tinctures, as of, right now. They're more expensive but they last a while, if you do it right.

healthy choice Cafe steamers grilled chicken marinara with parmesan

I'll skip the packaging review, because you already know that part from the two previous blog post. My opinion about that hasn't changed. This is also another regular purchase for me. the overall packaging of the meal is great quality, but the parmesan amount can vary. Be aware that they skimp on the parmesan. The chicken is tender, and the noodles and broccoli have a slight firmness. It's all Greek to Me. The sauce in this one is on the weak side, in my opinion but still flavorful. something I'm noticing so far with a lot of these microwave dinners is that they're not full dinners because they focus on quality over quantity, but the quantity is was lacking. It's also the same price as the others: $2.99, on sale. Normally, $3.99 or $4.99. it won't get you full, but it can hold you over for an hour or two. I would say it's worth two or three, but not four.

Judge Sean Holden in Blood Meridian and folklore

Let's talk about Judge Sean Holden, only for the sake of his resurgence and popularity and how blood meridian is becoming retrospectively overrated. Also going to be talking about traditional era ritualistic murders. Also going to talk about folklore, in general, with Mac and Candyman as examples. SUPER LONG POST! BUCKLE UP! People are having such a hard time coping with the present they got to reach back to shit like blood meridian, which is a huge commentary in it of itself.  Judge Holden is actually something of a person or a folklore that exists in a few stories. I don't know about any of those other depictions, but I will say blood meridian wasn't good for him or anyone.  So, if the folklore thing is true that means that Holden's character was developed in a time where it was socially acceptable to demonize albino people. It doesn't take looking that far back to see the demonization of albino people in a lot of literature. It was a thing they did on the regular...

Scott and Jon's shrimp scampi pasta bowl!

I got the idea to do a blog post after I ate it, so I must apologize that there won't be a picture of the unboxed food. But there is a video review, if you want to see the food outside of the box and cooked! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyLf1pVOc54 This is my first time doing this, and I have a lot to learn! I decided to do microwave dinner reviews, because the quality of microwave dinners has highly increased, and it deserves recognition. Microwave dinners are way more accessible, and healthier then they were before, and the quality has gone up extremely within the past five years. with microwave dinners becoming more accessible and healthier, they're also in better packaging. a lot of the packaging is recyclable, and some of them are even compostable! And as you can tell by the packaging, they are considering people counting calories, how much protein people are taking in, and other things, depending on what they're trying to se...
