This is a quick food review of wild planet wild tuna white bean salad. 

Is a prepackaged ready to eat tuna white bean salad that I have only seen at whole foods, so far. It's handheld size, super convenient, price at $4.99 available on food stamps.

The chicken flavor of the tuna really stood out, because when I eat sushi it tastes a lot less like chicken. In this white bean salad, the tuna was very well seasoned to imitate chicken. 

My first impression was how much grease there was, but I say that as somebody who's not familiar with eating much Bean salad. Overall, it was pretty tasty, with not that bad an aftertaste.

I wouldn't buy it again as I'm not a fan of white bean salad, but if that small portion for $4.99 is worth it to you, I would say go for it! As someone who doesn't much care for tuna, I was pretty pleased with it.

I'll skip the packaging review, because you already know that part from the two previous blog post. My opinion about that hasn't changed. This is also another regular purchase for me. the overall packaging of the meal is great quality, but the parmesan amount can vary. Be aware that they skimp on the parmesan. The chicken is tender, and the noodles and broccoli have a slight firmness. It's all Greek to Me. The sauce in this one is on the weak side, in my opinion but still flavorful. something I'm noticing so far with a lot of these microwave dinners is that they're not full dinners because they focus on quality over quantity, but the quantity is was lacking. It's also the same price as the others: $2.99, on sale. Normally, $3.99 or $4.99. it won't get you full, but it can hold you over for an hour or two. I would say it's worth two or three, but not four.

Racism, Tim Burton, and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice

A lot of people have forgotten about this, but a years ago, Tim Burton said that he doesn't cast black people because race has nothing to do with the context of any of his movies.  I think this happened after Beetlejuice 1988. Black people were casted as football players in the afterlife. That makes sense. Most football players are black. We figured out decades later why that's problematic with the Kaepernick situation. Entertainment is all black people are allowed to have so when an entertainer has a political opinion it's easy to tell them to shut up. "Dance, monkey! Dance!" narrative. But with Beetlejuice Beetlejuice having that soul train scene after he said it, the context tells me that black people are allowed to exist in Tim Burton's aesthetic if they are not stereotypical singing dancing caricatures.  A lot of (white) people will argue that Tim Burton isn't racist because he casted a Latina to play Astrid. The problem with that is a lot of Mexicans...

Facebook Instagram and WhatsApp

 A lot of you probably didn't notice, but Facebook Instagram and WhatsApp went down yesterday because the dsn a and AAA records were attacked. I don't have a full understanding of what that means, but given that the domains became available for purchase, I can make context clues based on the information I already have with my short time as a self-proclaimed internet historian. I'm also the type of person that is more interested in why this happened because what happened is a lot simpler to explain. What's not going to be so simple to explain but the media is going to try to explain anyway are the Pandora papers. The long records of a former employee recording all of Facebook's wrongdoings. I was one of the many watching the highlights of Facebook's hearing, but I wasn't watching them in full like many others. If you weren't involved at all, but you're getting involved now, you're about to learn a lot from the summaries of the Pandora...
